În perioada 12-16 martie 2024, Facultatea de Psihologie şi Ştiinţele Educaţiei (FPSE) a Universității din București, prin Laboratorul de Științe Cognitive Clinice, organizează a VI-a ediție a evenimentului „Săptămâna de Conștientizare a Creierului”. Coordonatorul evenimentului este Conf. Univ. Dr. Ioana Podina.
,,Săptămâna de Conștientizare a Creierului” este o campanie la nivel internațional de informare asupra progreselor din domeniul științelor și neuroştiinţelor. Tema acestei ediții este “Brain and Traumaa” și are ca invitați experți din domenii precum psihologie, biologie și neuroștiințe.
Cele 13 prelegeri și ateliere incluse în program vor discuta despre (a) the impact of sexual abuse on children, (b) trauma related to genetic diseases, (c) the resilience of the human brain, (d) the science and pseudoscience of trauma, among others.
The scheduled events will take place on-site (FPSE, Panduri 90), and the event is free of charge. All lectures and workshops are open to interested faculty members, students, and the general public.
